Current projects include: Kingsland Ranch (Lakefront residential development on Lake LBJ), Travis Lakeside Estates on Lake Travis, Capstone at Pagosa (Waterfront residential development in Southern Colorado), South Corridor Park/Amberwood (215 Acre mixed use project with 48 acres of commercial/multifamily tracts on I-35 and 610 single family lots in Kyle), Grand Avenue Park (84-acre mixed use commercial development, North Austin), Park 35 South (91-acre mixed use commercial development on IH-35 near Buda), and The Village at Lake Marble Falls and its Hampton Inn on the Lake.

Past projects include: Travis Lakeside (lakefront home sites near Barton Creek Lakeside), One DeZavala Center (an office/service center located in Northwest San Antonio), Salado Creek Business Park (an office/service center located in North San Antonio), Norwood Park (a north Austin, 85-acre retail and office development), Wadley at the Loop (a 57-acre retail and mixed use development in Midland), River Hills residential development near Bertram, Northpoint Shopping Center (North Austin), 1005 Congress (an office building across from the State Capitol), Springbrook (a 360-acre residential development in North Austin), Valleyside Condominiums in Northwest Hills, Delwood Shopping Center (a retail center renovation),  Plaza 290 (a suburban office building), RGK Foundation Building, KMS Warehouses, Mount Bonnell Terrace (residential estate lots), and several other subdivisions of land in Austin and Round Rock, including both commercial and residential tracts.

Windsor Financial Corporation, Austin, Texas – 1983-1991 Chairman (1983-1988) President and CEO (1989-1991)

Texas financial institution specializing in commercial real estate lending and Guaranteed Small Business Administration lending with two offices in Austin.

KMS Ventures, Inc., Austin, Texas – 1978-1981 Kozmetsky Family Asset Management Company Vice President and Director

Joined the company to develop real estate projects in the Austin area.  Developed a single family residential development, a three-story suburban office building, and a warehouse-showroom project.  Managed various rental income properties.

United National Bank, Dallas, Texas – 1975-1978 Merged into First City-Dallas Senior Vice –President

Joined the bank prior to its opening in April 1975, in downtown Dallas.  Responsible for coordination the marketing effort of the bank, along with handling real estate and other commercial loans.  Attended the National Trust School in Chicago and served as the Bank’s trust officer.

Southwestern Group Financial, Houston, Texas – 1971-1974 Parent Corporation of United Savings Association of Texas Vice President and Treasurer

Assisted in the formation of the savings and loan holding company and the acquisition and merger of six savings associations.  Served as Chief Financial Officer of the parent corporation and as a Director of Brownsville Savings Association.

United States Army Medical Service Corps – 1966-1969 Fort Sam Houston, Tripler and Fitzsimmons - Captain

Became Aide-de-Camp to the Commanding General of Tripler General Hospital, Honolulu.  Later served as Hospital Treasurer, Fitzsimmons General Hospital, Denver.
